| The rapid growth of air cargo demand followed by the rapid economic growth,especially the increase in China’s import and export trade and the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce.However,the incompatibility with the rapid growth of aviation logistics is the backward infrastructure and unreasonable logistics planning.For a long time,China has the idea of focusing on business but cargo,and the circulation of goods has not been paid attention to,resulting in high logistics costs.Aviation logistics relies on air transportation.The logistics center of the aviation logistics enterprise undertakes the role of connecting the air and the ground,coordinating the upstream and downstream enterprises.And constructing the distribution center in a reasonable position,which can improve the overall logistics efficiency,improve the quality of the service,and reduce the cost of distribution.By combining the development status of aviation logistics and the research results of aviation logistics,the aviation logistics enterprise was defined as that integrates the functions of each node and implements the integrated operation of freight forwarding and cargo transportation and distribution,and outlines the aviation logistics the function of the enterprise distribution center.Secondly,combined with the position of the aviation logistics enterprise distribution center in the aviation logistics supply chain,it focuses on the analysis of the aviation logistics support conditions supported by the upstream and the comprehensive transportation support capability of the downstream city.Other than this,it analyzes the enterprise’s own resource factor input and the city’s social economy.These influencing factors are the industrial basis and preconditions for the construction of distribution centers for aviation logistics enterprises.Thirdly,according to the influencing factors of the location selection of the aviation logistics enterprise distribution center and the principle of selecting the indicators,a scientific and reasonable site selection evaluation index system is constructed.To simplify the calculation,the fuzzy numbers were introduced to harmonize the qualitative and quantitative indicators.The comprehensive evaluation model based on Entropy weight method and TOPSIS is solved by DPS software.Finally,an empirical study was conducted with company F as an example.It was concluded that company F should establish the distribution center in Hangzhou.On the basis of summarizing the previous studies,the aviation logistics enterprise was defined,and a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system based on the influencing factors of the aviation logistics enterprise distribution center was constructed.The Entropy weight method and the TOPSIS method are used to sort the alternative locations which get the best distribution center location for the role of the company.Which can ensure the smooth development of enterprise logistics activities that reduce enterprise costs and improve physical efficiency. |
