As a basic service project of the country,the highway business's growing scale has accelerated the modernization of the highway system,but the high incidence of construction accidents has seriously hampered the good development of the highway construction business.At present,the highway project system in China's mountainous and hilly areas is huge,involving a wide range of projects.The geological conditions along the route and the construction environment are also very different.The comprehensiveness and uncertainty of construction risks are more complicated than ordinary highways.Researching,developing and improving the highway construction risk management system of mountainous and hilly areas meets actual needs and the general trend,it can improve the enterprise's ability to resist risks,meet the national"safe construction" engineering construction requirements,and achieve safe production of highway construction.The main research contents and conclusions of this article are as follows:1.The paper starts with the theoretical research of highway construction management.Based on the existing research,the definition of highway construction risk management is discussed,and the characteristics of highway construction risk are summarized.To meet the construction characteristics of hilly areas,the paper summed up five points of scientific construction risk management principles and a set of system management models,formed a perfect highway construction risk management system,and laid a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.2.The paper carried out an in-depth study on the safety evaluation system of highway construction in mountainous and hilly areas,identified three major research categories of randomness,ambiguity and hesitation,and proposed a PRAE stage cycle analysis method,which effectively avoided the problem of missing risk factors caused by the long construction period has obtained a comprehensive source of risk and risk factors.In order to solve the problem of many and complicated evaluation indicators,a data processing model was established according to the principle of factor analysis technology to complete data cleaning of data mining technology.This paper constructed a risk information estimation model suitable for the construction of mountain and hilly expressways to make intelligent prediction attempts,it enhanced the utilization rate of information mining of existing projects,and reduced the degree of hesitation interference of empirical methods.Finally,according to the characteristics of the model,the corresponding risk possibility rules and six criteria for judging the severity were formulated,which enriched the existing methods of risk assessment grade evaluation.3.The paper studied the risk management and control system of highway construction in mountainous and hilly areas,summarized four risk control principles,divided five levels of control standards,proposed a qualitative management and quantitative monitoring two-pronged risk management and control work method,formulated a control strategy for risk prevention,risk supervision,and risk disposal,which can accurately cut off the three major paths of risk occurrence and play a high value in risk control management,and developed construction risk data calculation software to assist dynamic risk monitoring and meet the dynamic risk control requirements.4.The paper relies on the WR highway construction project in the typical mountainous and hilly areas of the province to carry out the application of construction risk management research results.Firstly,the classic risk analysis and estimation methods were used to evaluate the overall and specific risks of the whole bidding section.Then the PRAE cycle,factor analysis index processing technology and the risk estimation model based on the fusion of hesitant fuzzy information were used to obtain the evaluation result of a moderate risk assessment.The deviation between the two is within 10%,which verifies the scientific validity of the research model,and realizes the value of information evaluation data management to a certain extent.It has realized the value of information evaluation data management to a certain extent.
