Research On The Optimization Of Safety Supervision System Of Urban Gas Industry

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in China,the urban gas industry is also developing rapidly.Gas is nonprofit public utilities,which is related to people's life quality.At this stage,China is also constantly strengthening gas infrastructure construction to better meet human needs.With the deepening of China's economic system,the safety supervision system of urban gas industry,as an important part of urban infrastructure construction public utilities,also exposes many problems.Compared with its reform,the safety supervision system of urban gas industry has many limitations,which obviously lags behind the current social demand,so it is urgent to improve and standardize it.On the whole,there are many system problems in China's urban gas industry,and these problems have not been effectively solved for a long time.The current safety supervision system needs to be further improved.In modern times,with the further opening of China's market economy,the limitations of the gas system have been difficult to keep up with the development trend of the times,so promoting the construction of relevant systems of the gas industry is a problem that needs high attention at present.This paper first discusses the relevant theories,introduces the concept of gas industry safety supervision system,and then,on the basis of reference to relevant information,explains the theoretical basis of gas safety and government supervision content and characteristics by interpreting the government social regulation theory and accurately positioning the urban industry safety supervision system.Secondly,the development status of X city's gas industry is discussed in depth,and the corresponding deficiencies and problems in the implementation process are pointed out.Then,these problems should be discussed in depth,and it is found that there are disadvantages such as ineffective action,insufficient multi governance and inadequate integration of information resources caused by multi supervision.In the end,based on the future goal of gas safety supervision reform in X city,on the basis of the above demonstration and analysis,this paper puts forward a series of policy suggestions for gas industry supervision in X city from the reform ideas of integrating gas industry safety supervision function,optimizing gas safety supervision mechanism,constructing gas safety social pattern and integrating gas industry safety supervision information resources.
