General Hospital Nurse Station Light Environment Design Research Present Situation And Optimization

Three level of first-class comprehensive hospital nurses station optical environment will directly affect to the medical staff working quality and physical and mental health,and even affect the doctor-patient relationship.Currently at home and abroad for general hospital nurses station lack of the research on the design method of ambient light,and the lack of systematic research in the field of data collection,cause now domestic nurses station design of light environment lack of corresponding results support and design basis.Under such a background.This paper is based on the Beijing Science Fund Project--use of hospital building function and environmental assessment standard system of(Grant No.: KZ201110016019,nurses in comprehensive hospital station light environment of the system of investigation and stud y.There are six chapters in this thesis,which can be divided into three parts:The first part: first chapter is the introduction,mainly introduced the research background,purpose and significance of the research,discusses the light environment of hospital buildings in the domestic and foreign research results and the status quo,the analysis found at home and abroad for the nurse's station ambient light is devoted to study of lack,the special study on the present situation of nurse light environment at home is almost zero,which strongly support the necessity of the research.Finally,the main research methods are discussed,and the framework of this paper is worked out.The second part is the second,third,four,five chapters,the four chapters is the main research contents of this thesis: Chapter 2 of the research object of this thesis defines the,expounds the nurse station in building medical importance,and the nurse station of types and functions do the detailed introduction.According to the domestic and foreign research and find out the existing design data,the influences of different factors on the nursing station were discussed,and combined with the new environment and lighting design specification,evaluation of the standard light environment of nursing station were introduced;the third chapter mainly studies the subjective feeling of light environment of nursing station,the 3 hospitals(Enze hospital An Zhen Hospital,Peking University People's Hospital)and 126 nursing station space the staff interview questionnaire,through the questionnaire survey on the medical staff to light environmental quality requirements,medical staff of nursing station light environment of subjective feelings and nursing station light environment quality of the medical staff;the fourth chapter,the author investigated three samples of natural lighting the hospital nursing station space in the light environment and artificial lighting situation factors,the overall level of illumination light environment of the nursing station test,to simulate the natural daylight condition,according to the standard requirements,lighting quantity,lighting coefficient,optical quality of the environment were evaluated found the problems existing in the light environment;the fifth chapter,in the first few chapters to the nurses' station light environment of the present study based on and aimed at the influence of nurses station design of light environment factors put forward the corresponding optimization methods.The third part is the conclusion of the sixth chapter,summarizes the research results of the third part,analyzes the innovation of this paper,and puts forward some suggestions for further research.Light environment design of nurses in general hospitals of the research results of this paper provide the theoretical basis and specific methods,for the future government departments formulate nurse station light environment design standards provide reference,for research in nurse station light environment reflected problems,but also to remind government departments,design units should pay attention to the hospital nurse station design of light environment.
