Design And Research Of Cultural Creative Space Based On Industrial Heritage Protection

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the continuous improvement of urban construction and industrial structure,new industries have gradually replaced backward traditional industries,and many factories in urban centers have been abandoned,resulting in the idleness of old factories.How to reuse it has become an important issue facing every city.Although the abandoned factory loses its original production function,it carries the memories of generations and has important historical and social and cultural values.Western countries have taken the lead in protecting and using industrial heritage and have developed relatively maturely.China’s development started late,and since 2006 "Wuxi Recommendation",protection and utilization have entered a vigorous development stage.As a new industry,the cultural industry is placed in industrial heritage buildings,which can save resources and increase economic value and benefits to bring the surrounding environment vitality,and can also continue the development of the city’s history.In view of this,first read the literature and collect data,analyze the industrial heritage,cultural and creative industries and space background,understand the domestic and foreign research status and cases,industrial heritage value and industrial heritage protection and utilization model.Then through the field investigation of the completed cases,the design principles and methods that should be followed for the protection and utilization of industrial heritage are summarized to provide a theoretical basis for the combination of the two.Taking Jinan Qingqi Group’s old plant monomer protection design as an example,the author conducted a field inspection of Jinan Qingqi Group’s old plant and found that the plantwas abandoned and idle due to the relocation of the site,but it has a good location and the area is planned by the government as Jinan cultural and creative industry Park,Jinan Qingqi Group old paper monomer plant as the carrier,architectural design office space design as a starting point,combining theory and practice.First,analyze the current status and development process of the project,determine the design positioning and style,re-divide the internal space area on the basis of following the principle of combining protection and utilization of the two,and use modern art aesthetics to integrate the historical structure to make the architectural space and modern new elements Fusion.In the design practice,it summarizes the expression method of cultural creative space in industrial heritage,expands the mode of combining industrial heritage and cultural creative industrial space,makes the original building of industrial heritage endow new functional significance,and explores the charm of industrial heritage.Industrial heritage protection provides a sustainable development direction.
