In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the country has also increased the infrastructure construction related to transportation.The transportation industry and logistics industry are increasingly prosperous,and the speed of commodity flow is accelerating.Many enterprises have a large number of commodities to be transported by logistics every day.The weighing and sales of these commodities are related to the economic benefits of enterprises,and how to quickly,accurately,orderly and save it is an urgent problem.At present,many enterprises still use the way of manual recording to weigh the truck,which is inefficient and prone to errors.Some enterprises introduce weighing system software,which improves the efficiency,but this kind of weighing system can not perfectly adapt to various complex and changeable scenarios.In order to solve the above two problems,this paper designs a customizable automatic weighing and remote monitoring system Measurement system,this system adopts the distributed deployment way,can realize the full-automatic unattended automatic weighing and sales management of the cargo vehicles in the factory,and design the flexible customization function,can quickly customize the appropriate weighing process according to different weighing environment,can solve various complex problems in the weighing process,with high robustness,this system contains far away In the process monitoring system,users can complete the remote monitoring of the symmetrical process without being on the job site.The specific work of this system is as follows:(1)Design of customizable automatic weighing system.The system integrates a large number of automation equipment in one,uses RFID radio frequency technology,license plate recognition technology,video monitoring technology,hardware communication technology,sensor technology,summarizes the data of the bottom hardware equipment to the upper computer for unified processing,realizes the automatic weighing of vehicles by controlling traffic lights,road gates,LED large screen and other equipment,and saves the weighing data in the local server.Based on the realization of automatic weighing,the system provides flexible customization function.Users only need to set in the software simply to customize a suitable weighing system.In addition,the system also provides record query and change,data maintenance,real-time monitoring,sales management,authority management,report statistics and other functions.The system can effectively improve the efficiency of logistics and transportation,save human resources,and achieve the scientific scheduling and overall arrangement of weighing vehicles at multiple measuring points in the factory.(2)Design of remote monitoring system.The system includes remote monitoring website and remote monitoring app.Through the integrated development of front-end,back-end and Android client,the website development technology,asynchronous communication technology and cloud service technology are adopted to realize remote monitoring of weighing data,make full use of network resources,and realize the mastery of production and operation at any time.(3)Design of database.By comparing and selecting the appropriate database type,and analyzing all the data entities in the weighing process,as well as the attributes and relations of each entity,according to the common database design paradigm,the database structure with high efficiency and less redundancy is designed.The system can ensure long-term reliable and stable operation after laboratory debugging and on-site debugging.At present,it has been put into use in a steel pipe plant in Zhengzhou,a paper mill in Shenyang,a waste dump in Zhoukou and other enterprises.
