Research On Application Of Intelligent Weighing Technology In Power Plant

Electric power is important energy for development of national economy, and thermal power generation is main method for producing electric energy in our country and many other countries in the world. Fuel cost is about75%of all costs of thermal power plant. With continuous tightness of coal supply, influence of fuel coal supply on thermal power generation enterprises increases steadily. How to make weighing, quality inspection and settlement of fuel coal increasingly becomes management stress of thermal power plant. Among it, fuel coal weighing management level of thermal power plan is key factor for influencing economic benefit of power plant. At present, in fuel conveyance logistic system of thermal power plant, weighing equipment selects electronic truck scale or electric railway scale according to coal supply route of thermal power plant, and weighing before furnace mainly uses electronic belt scale for weighing. With continuous increase of coal price, cost of thermal power plant increases continuously and becomes important on evaluation of coal consumption, using weighing technology to master coal consumption precisely is important basis for reducing coal consumption and increasing efficiency, and is one of necessary routes for improving production, operation and economic benefit of thermal power plant. Purpose of the paper, on the basis of existing scale, deeply researches intellectual weighing technology so as to improve operational efficiency and service level of goods weighing wholly, and to form information, intellectual, unmanned new weighing management system. The paper, on the basis of deeply researching main existing weighing equipments of power plants, firstly makes brief description on various weighing equipments used in power plants at present, and on the basis of normal weighing equipments, deeply analyzes automatic inspection technology, control technology, computer data processing technology and network management technology that can be used in weighing equipments at present, prepares feasible and intellectual weighing technology plan by various functions, i.e., using IC card (or radio frequency card) to identify vehicle information, vehicle detector to inspect vehicle, gate brake and traffic light to control and guide scale weighing, automatic audio system to make status prompt, video system to record vehicle number and monitoring, realizes various functions such as automatic weighing, data processing and weighing bill printing, and is convenient to make uniform management on all weighing scales in one company.In several intellectual weighing technology plans, the paper firstly proposes site manned intellectual weighing solution on the basis of normal electronic scale, mainly uses automatic inspection technology and computer information technology on the basis of high performance digital electronic truck scale and electronic railway scale, and realizes automatic weighing and data collection and process of vehicle goods so as to realize data share by network. In manned intellectual weighing solution, it not only introduces performance specifications and application methods of various equipments in detail, but also prepares detailed and feasible working flow, and its practicability can meet operational requirements of power plant users completely. Secondly, on the basis of manned intellectual weighing solution, the paper proposes remote unmanned weighing system solution, realizes unmanned and remote central monitoring of site scales, improves weighing efficiency, and realizes automatic collection, processing and treatment of weighing data during logistic and production processes of enterprises. From the view of operation of thermal power plant, intellectual weighing control system is a good project that can obtain good economic benefit, and has important significance on increasing fuel coal weighing management level of thermal power plant.
