The combination balance is a new type of weighing equipment.Its multi-bucket operation has greatly improved the weighing efficiency,and it has begun to be used in the quantitative weighing industry.However,some combination balance have disadvantages such as low accuracy and slow combination speed,which have affected work efficiency.The core work of the combination balance is mainly determined by its weighing system.If the weighing system can be improved,it can bring performance improvements to the combination balance.According to the requirements of *** company,this subject puts forward a design scheme of a high-performance combined balance weighing system,and conducts theoretical research on noise removal through related algorithms.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,introduce the structure and working principle of combination balance and its weighing system.Then analyzes the factors that affect the performance of the weighing system,and proposes a targeted optimization plan.Finally,combined with the optimization scheme,completed the overall scheme design of the combination balance weighing system,and divided it into a local weighing system and a remote monitoring system from the structure.Secondly,combined with the optimization scheme,put forward a design and optimization program about the hardware scheme of combination balance weighing system.First,the load cell selection was performed according to the application scenario of the combined balance,and then the chip selection,voltage calculation,and PCB circuit diagram drawing of the data acquisition circuit were completed about data transmission circuit,human-computer interaction system,and remote monitoring system,and added anti-interference filter circuit for some hardware.Thirdly,combined with the optimization scheme,software design and optimization of the weighing system of combination balance were completed.The main contents are the design and optimization of the initialization function of each chip,the data acquisition function and the communication function,and completed the design of the newly high speed combination algorithm.Finally,completed the function development of human-computer interaction system and remote monitoring system.Fourthly,according to the interference problem in the vibration environment,the wavelet denoising method is used to remove the noise signal.Firstly,analyzed the noise source of the weighing system.Secondly,the wavelet denoising method is used to the weighing system.The appropriate wavelet coefficients are obtained by comparing the denoising results.Thirdly,put forward a newly improved threshold function to improve the effect of wavelet denoising.Finally,combined with actual data,a verification analysis was performed to prove that the wavelet denoising method is feasible.Finally,for the core functions likes the new combined algorithm,remote data transmission,functional verification and performance testing were performed to hardware and software solutions of combination balance weighing system.The results show that the design scheme can meet the performance improvement requirements of the enterprise,provide stable remote monitoring functions,and effectively strengthen the competitiveness of combination balance products.
