The accuracy, stability and reliability of the automatic weighing system, which are most concerned by users, are extremely important indicators of quality. The content of this issue is about an automatic weighing system designed for Titania Slag smashing equipment of titanium slag which belongs to Panzhihua Yuanheng Machinery Industry Co., Ltd. By comparison and analysis of control program, we adopted the combination of MCU and FPGA control program after studying the trend of development in field of the automatic weighing equipment.In the process of research, the following key work has been done:1.The selection basis and parameter configuration of weighing sensor, A/D converter and amplifier are expounded.2.In the process of designing the electrical circuit, five parts of theory and designing method about power circuit, amplifier circuit, interface circuit constructed by the FPGA, USB interface circuit are discussed. The specific composition of circuit and simulating results are given out with expounding.3.The control strategy is determined by mathematical modeling for the controlling object. For the system characteristic of first-order inertia link and lagging behind, the theory of predictable control is discussed and the object controlled is carried out predictable mathematical modeling with CARIMA model then the optimal control parameter is found out. We carried out computer simulation for it with Matalab.4.The on-line test and debugging with the load met the requirements of accuracy and stability about weighing system. We obtained the manufacturer's recognition.
