Research On The Transformation Approach Of Industrial Sites From The Perspective Of Low Carbon

China is in a new era of rapid urban construction and industrial transformation and upgrading.A large number of industrial heritages and remains have appeared in society,and its value has gradually been widely agreed by the whole society.This paper explores the historical value,social value,scientific and technological value,cultural value and economic value of industrial sites from a low-carbon perspective,abstracts the core value chain of industrial sites,and discusses that the core value chain of industrial sites plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the industrial transformation of enterprises.The cultural connotation of industrial sites is explored,and the theoretical model of high integration of core value chain and new industrial chain of industrial sites is innovated.This paper expounds that the protective development and utilization of industrial heritage is a respect for the historical integrity and the creativity of human society,a memorial to the contribution of traditional industry and the inheritance of its noble spirit,so as to truly realize the continuity of urban memory.Taking the transformation of Shougang Group,a representative enterprise of resource-based iron and steel industry,as an example,this paper discusses and analyzes the industrial sites and remains left after the relocation of Shougang,demonstrates the reasons and significance of the transformation of the enterprise,as well as the policy issues,subject issues,green,environmental protection,low-carbon issues in the transformation process,as well as the integration of cultural and spiritual elements.Combined with the changes of air and water pollution in Beijing before and after the transformation and relocation of Shougang,this paper explores the path of transformation and upgrading of industrial sites and enterprises in China,and draws the following conclusions: First,the core value chain of industrial heritage promotes the transformation and upgrading of industrial industries,while industrial transformation and upgrading lead the development and utilization of industrial heritage.Second,industrial heritage is the main body of the implementation of industrial transformation and upgrading of enterprises,reasonable protection,development and utilization is an extension of enterprise industry.At this time,low-carbon,green and ecological is the basis to ensure industrial heritage transformation and industrial transformation,and is the guarantee of sustainable development.Finally,industrial heritage culture must be highly integrated with emerging industries.This article puts forward suggestions for improvement based on the research conclusions: First,we must actively strive for policy support.Second,we should prefer to choose the original site enterprises as the main body of the implementation of the transformation.Third,we must develop a low-carbon economy and achieve sustainable development.Fourth,it is necessary to make clear the orientation of transformation and determine the direction of industrial integration.Fifth,we must pay attention to the organic combination of industrial heritage culture and emerging modern culture,while exerting the educational function of industrial heritage.
