Coastal zone because of its unique geographical location and distinct environmental characteristics and heterogeneous space character.Here to exchange frequently,for thousands of years has been the hot issue within the area of human settlement and exchange of civilization;People here to relationship is complex,the population and economic agglomeration and ocean and land,ecological protection,disaster protection,land use contradiction increasingly strained;Global climate change is to make the coastal zone has become ecologically sensitive areas.These problems in urgent need of research of scholars,investors,government regulators and collaboration.China's coastline is long and volatile,with rich and diverse coast types,and the regional characteristics of various coastal areas are obviously different and have their own characteristics.With the rapid development of social economy and people's material life level unceasing enhancement,people demand for the binhai tourism leisure is also growing.Early coastal scenic spot of the construction of the environmental carrying capacity is limited,and planning the layout of the defects,with a large number of tourists flocked to not only affect the normal leisure activities of the local residents,also brought,such as increases in ocean garbage increased degradation,water pollution,beach,coastal biodiversity damage and a series of negative consequences,the coastal area of the original ecological environment caused by the varying degree damage.For existing Marine park for further modification or further development and the construction of the coastal city of Ocean Park of some emerging work will become the future landscape design of a continuous hot fields.There is an urgent need for new Ocean Park planning and design theory and design method to guide the construction of coastal city public space.This article selects the typical representative coastal landscapes of Qingdao,Shandong,Weihai,and Rizhao in Shandong Province as the research objects.At the same time,taking the Manhattan BIG U protective landscape planning and the Luanda Bay coastal landscape as examples,the paper adopted Literature research methods,field investigation research methods and comparative analysis research methods and other research methods analyze the different types of coastlines and their targeted design strategies,and refine the designelements and design methods of coastal landscapes.At the same time,the research results are applied to the coastal landscape planning and design of Qingdao Yaner Island,and the research results are used to guide the design,and the correctness of the research results is verified through the design.By analyzing the natural resources,climatic and hydrological conditions of Qingdao Yaner Island,and applying the concept of flexible design,the park is divided into "one axis" based on the principles of overall coordination,ecology,regional characteristics,sustainable development and humanization.The overall layout of "Six Districts,Multi-points" is designed for road traffic,vertical,planting and construction sketches,service facilities,night scene lighting and other special items of the site,and the use of Internet of Things technology to create smart scenic spots.
