Research On The Spatial Layout Of Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone Under The Concept Of "Production,Life And Ecological Integration"

The development of high-tech Industrial Development Zone has always been the basic national policy of our country,and as an important growth pole of economic development in the western region,Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone plans to build a good Chengdu High-tech Zone,accelerate its industrial transformation and accelerate the construction of its innovation system,which will greatly promote the economic construction and development in the western urban areas of our country.After nearly 30 years of development,Chengdu vigorously constructs Chengdu high tech Industrial Development Zone.As a "new industrial space",Chengdu high tech Zone has driven the economic growth of the city and made some achievements.However,the rapid development and expansion has also brought a series of urban problems to Chengdu high tech Zone,such as imbalance of occupation and residence,pendulum traffic,insufficient service facilities,deterioration of ecological environment,and lack of attraction of living space.In the process of urbanization development,the central document and the spirit of the conference have put forward relevant or similar discussions on promoting "intensive and efficient production space,livable living space and beautiful ecological space",which shows that "production,life and ecological integration" is the new requirements and goals of urban space development in the future.Based on the concept of "production,life and ecological integration",this paper takes Chengdu High-tech Industrial Development Zone as the research object,its spatial layout as the research problem,analyzes the elements of "production,life and ecological integration" and the spatial development of High-tech Zone,learns the success of the construction of domestic and foreign classic high-tech zones,and is vigilant to discard the mistakes in their construction.According to the current situation of the development of Chengdu high tech Zone,this paper analyzes its "production,life,ecological integration" elements,"production,life,ecological" characteristics,problems and other aspects,so as to put forward the spatial layout strategy suggestions of Chengdu high tech Zone under the concept of "production,life,ecological integration".This paper can be divided into four parts:The first part: sort out and define the relevant concepts of "production,life,ecological integration","production,life,ecological space","high and NewTechnology Industrial Development Zone",and carry out basic research on the relevant theoretical development,"production,life,ecological integration" and the elements of spatial development of high and new technology zone,and the elements of realizing "production,life and ecological integration" in high and new area.The second part analyzes the typical high-tech industrial development zones at home and abroad,compares the four typical high-tech industrial parks of Silicon Valley,Tsukuba,Shanghai Zhangjiang,and Songshan Lake in Dongguan,deeply explores the enlightenment and advantages and disadvantages of the development of high-tech zones at home and abroad,and analyzes the influencing factors of "production,life and ecological integration" of high-tech zones,which is helpful for the following Study the problems of Chengdu high tech Zone.The third part: qualitative analysis on the current situation of the development of Chengdu high tech Zone,"production,life,ecology" issues,"production,life,ecology" characteristics,"production,life,ecological integration" factors,etc.,and the "production,life,ecological land" of Chengdu high tech Zone by using the multi-dimensional quantitative model research methods of landscape pattern analysis and land use quantitative structure The spatial situation is analyzed quantitatively,and the distribution of the overall pattern of "production,life and ecology" in Chengdu high tech Zone is analyzed.The fourth part: Based on the previous analysis of the current situation of Chengdu high tech Zone,from the perspective of "production,life,ecological integration",put forward the principles,objectives,strategies and other development suggestions of Chengdu high tech Zone spatial layout.
