| In the newly developed Thirteenth Five-Year Plan of Civil Aviation Development of China(hereinafter referred to as the Thirteenth Five-year Plan on Civil Aviation),accelerating the construction of green civil aviation becomes a new task in the civil aviation industry.The thirteenth five-year plan of civil aviation clearly focuses on supporting the airports and other units to carry out energy-saving and emission-reduction strategy,promoting the construction of energy management system,fully implementing the strategy of transforming the oil-driven ground vehicles to electricity-driven vehicle,continuously improving the proportion of the clean energy in the overall airport energy consumption,steadily optimizing the capacity of airports to deal with solid waste,sewage,garbage,chemicals etc.,taking measures to reduce the impact of aircraft engine noise in large airports.Tianfu International Airport,located in Lu Jia town,Chengdu,is a key construction project in the Thirteenth Five-year Plan of Civil Aviation.It is expected that the first phase of the construction will be completed in 2019 and the airport will be put in use in 2020.In order to meet the national strategic objective on building green civil aviation and be in line with the relevant requirements of the Thirteenth Five-year Plan of Civil Aviation,a wide range of technologies will be used in Tianfu International Airport to achieve its green operation and help maintain the sustainable development of the civil aviation industry of China.The green operation technologies which can be applied in Tianfu International Airport are analyzed from three aspects in this thesis--the flight area,terminal and land-side transportation plan,including the noise-reduction technology utilized in the flight area,the optimization schemes of check-in and baggage handling procedure in the terminal and the feasible land-side green transportation plan of Tianfu International Airport.At the end of this thesis,the evaluation index system of green airports operation is established and the green operation level of Tianfu International Airport is evaluated through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods.Moreover,the paper also puts forward the calculation method about green airport index.In combination with the mathematical evaluation results of the green operation of Tianfu International Airport,the green airport index of Tianfu International Airport can be obtained. |
