| Sichuan Province is a major province in western China,a strategic link and core hinterland that supports the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative and the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and plays an important role in the overall development of the country.The construction of Chengdu international aviation hub is of great significance for Sichuan Province to build a three-dimensional and comprehensive opening pattern of "four expansion and all-round opening",form a regional coordinated development pattern of "one work,multiple branches and five areas in coordination",build a national innovation driven development pioneer province,and strive to promote the governance of Sichuan in the new era to a new level.There are few experiences for reference about the function orientation of "one city,two airports" in China,and there are relatively mature models in foreign countries.However,we need to adapt measures to local conditions,combine with China’s national conditions and local provincial conditions,and formulate the airport function orientation model suitable for local economic development and national strategic layout.Firstly,this article analyzes the current situation of Chengdu double airport,analyzed the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the development of Chengdu double airport from various aspects by using SWOT analysis model,and points out that if the two airports want to develop in a healthy and balanced way,they should avoid vicious competition and carry out collaborative operation.Secondly,the field theory of physics is introduced into the field of airport,the concept of airport field is put forward,the characteristics of airport field(field force,field strength and field potential)are analyzed,the model of airport field force and field strength is constructed,analyzing the relationship between field strength and field force,and drawning a conclusion that the maximization of airport field effect can be realized by measuring the size of airport field force,so as to achieve the goal of "one city,two airports" function orientation provides theoretical basis.Then,the airport factor is solved.By selecting six factors of airport operation capacity,operation efficiency,management level,radiation range,surrounding environmental conditions and location level,the value of airport factor K of the two airports is calculated by expert evaluation method and AHP.The next step is to predict the scale of air transportation in Chengdu.The main indicators are selected through principal component analysis.A linear regression model is established by SPSS to analyze the regression coefficient between Chengdu’s impact indicators and airport passenger and freight traffic volume in 1994-2018,and the regression equation is solved.The trend extrapolation method is used to predict the main indicators,and then the regression model is used to predict the future of Chengdu Forecasting passenger and freight volume.Finally,the paper analyzes the function orientation of Chengdu double airport,analyzes the distribution of traffic volume between the Shuangliu airport and Tianfu airport by introducing parameter α,summarizing the impact on the overall effect of the airport under different distribution conditions,and gives a division and orientation of the airport in different stages in combination with the airport development planning.By analyzing and studying the function orientation of Chengdu double airport from the perspective of field theory,drawning the following conclusions.From the completion and operation of Tianfu airport to 2025,the business of Shuangliu Airport began to transfer to Tianfu airport gradually,it is mainly the translation of international airline business,and some business routes were temporarily reserved in Shuangliu Airport,at this time,adapting the "main and auxiliary mode" with Shuangliu airport as the main and Tianfu airport as the auxiliary;In 2026-2030,with the growth of aviation business and the improvement of Tianfu airport construction,the main business is further transferred to Tianfu airport.Most of the international routes of the main base airlines are shifted to Tianfu airport,while the existing regional routes are temporarily reserved in Shuangliu Airport.At this time,the "main and auxiliary mode" with Tianfu airport as the main mode and Shuangliu Airport as the auxiliary mode.In 2031-2035,the construction of Tianfu airport is more mature,it should undertake most of the international business and part of the domestic business.Shuangliu airport undertakes some high-quality routes,business routes and part of the freight business.This stage is a stable "main and auxiliary mode". |
