| Solar tracking control system is the main way to improve the utilization rate of solar energy,and has been widely used in the field of solar power generation.The key technology of the dish-type solar photovoltaic thermal power generation tracking control system is to make the sun rays always illuminate the dish-type concentrator vertically,and improve the utilization rate of solar energy resources.In this paper,astronomical algorithms are used to calculate the altitude and azimuth angles of the sun and the moon,and the positions of the sun and the moon are obtained with higher accuracy.Then,the corresponding tracking angles are obtained according to the calculated altitude and azimuth angles.The tracking mode is a dual-axis tracking mode,which tracks the altitude and azimuth of the sun and the moon simultaneously.The entire system includes the sun tracking control system and the moon tracking control system.The tracking accuracy of the system can reach about 0.001 radians.Compared with the previous control system,the tracking accuracy is improved by about 1milliradian.This experimental test platform is a solar disc concentrating heat collecting system experimental platform,which is mainly composed of three parts: light intensity sensor,horizontal driving mechanism,and pitch driving mechanism.It can automatically track the sun and the moon.The pitch drive mechanism is mainly used to track the height angle of the sun and the moon in real time,and the horizontal drive mechanism is mainly used to track the azimuth angle of the sun and the moon in real time.The BWM416 digital single-axis inclinometer sensor is used to detect the rotation angle of the pitch drive mechanism for timely feedback;and the encoder EL40 is used to detect the rotation angle of the horizontal drive mechanism for timely feedback to ensure the tracking accuracy of the system.The configuration scheme of the control system is based on the STM32 microcontroller core,andthe host computer dishcontrol software and the drive board are used to control the forward and reverse rotation of the horizontal drive mechanism and the pitch drive mechanism through RS485 communication.At the same time,the dishcontrol software can monitor the operation status of the experimental bench in real time.The purpose of this experimental platform to track the moon is to measure the relative energy flow density distribution of the condensing spot of moonlight(that is,the concentration ratio distribution).Because direct measurement of the energy flow density of the condensing spot of the sun is very complicated,moonlight is used to obtain sunlight of.The measurement of the energy flow density distribution of the solar spot on the receiver is of great significance for evaluating the tracking accuracy of the condenser and improving the photothermal efficiency of the system. |
