Due to the shortcomings of the traditional traction elevator brake installed on the top and the size and weight of the large,combined with the working mechanism of the automotive electromagnetic disc brake,a new type of electromagnetic brake structure suitable for direct drive elevator is proposed.1.In this paper,the present situation of the cordless lifting system and the classification of the brakes are introduced.Then the design requirements are put forward according to the car parameters.According to the structure type of the brakes,the preliminary design scheme of the brakes is determined.2.In the electromagnetic structure part of the brake drive mechanism,the analytic expression of the horizontal magnetic force is obtained by the equivalent magnetic circuit method.The mathematical expression of the magnetic force is deduced under different current and displacement conditions.And the braking force requirements,the choice of permanent magnet material,the choice of size,combined with the electromagnet current density on the excitation coil turns,wire diameter and groove full rate,for the spiral compression spring part of the spring by the analysis and calculation,Get the spring of the important parameters of indicators.3.The finite element model of the electromagnetic part is established,and the magnetic field lines in different states are analyzed.The calculated values and finite element simulation values of the magnetic mathematical expressions are compared.Then,the magnetic induction of the electromagnetic parts in different states and different air gaps Strength and electromagnetic force.4.Finally,the design of the spiral compression spring is verified by the workbench functional unit in the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The final reasonable parameters of the spring are obtained by repeated calculation.The relationship between the spring compression and the elastic force is discussed.Finally,Electromagnetic part of the calculation of the force results,verify the feasibility of the entire drive mechanism to the brake program.
