Duo to the application of high-precision and high-resolution observation technology in spacecrafts,satellites are more and more sensitive to the disturbances caused by the moving parts such as the solar array drive mechanism on orbit.It is an important problem for high-resolution spacecraft to accurately measure the disturbance characteristics of the solar array drive mechanism,indentify the main disturbance sources,and further reduce or eliminate the disturbance to the satellites.Therefore,it is very important for the development of the high stability satellite platform to carry out the study on the test system of disturbance characteristics for solar array drive mechanism.This thesis is based on the analysis of the composition and working principle of the GEO solar array and the driving mechanism,put forward the functional requirements of the disturbance characteristics test system for solar array drive mechanism.This thesis is based on the GEO satellite high stability solar array driving mechanism for the experimental study,the work characteristics of driving mechanism of moving parts of solar array and disturbance torque characteristics are analyzed,studied and experimental modal analysis of the solar array simulation test results,formed a set of solar array frequency design,simulation and ground modal experimental technique,the solar array obtained accurate modal characteristics.The deviation of frequency error is only 6.7%.In the disturbance characteristics test system,we use a 9255 B piezoelectric type six dimensional force sensors developed by Kistler Company,with precise charge amplifier.The flexible load and rigid load to simulate the inertia and modal characteristics of the solar array have been developed,which has the functions of the adjustment of the inertia,torsional frequency,and the vibration isolation.The module of signal acquisition and processing is designed,which can realize the real time preservation and post analysis of the test data.In order to ensure the accuracy of the test system,a dynamic calibration device is designed.The calibration accuracy is within 5%,which meets the design requirements.The solar array drive mechanism is tested and analyzed by the disturbance characteristics test system,and the main disturbance source and frequency domain characteristics are determined.In order to reduce the disturbance torque,and avoid the coupling resonance with the solar array,improved the design of the motor and the reducer.The disturbance torque of the improved drive mechanism decreased from 55 mNmto 20~35mNm,to meet the application requirement of high orbit meteorological satellite,and has been verified in FY-4 satellite,which obtained good effect.
