Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Working Capital Management Of Yutong Bus

As an important part of corporate financial management working capital management is related to various business activities and value creation of enterprises,which has a great impact on the development of enterprises.Research on working capital at home and abroad is very rich.Influencing factors mainly include earnings management,customer concentration,supply chain integration,capital structure,financial crisis,and profitability.In the aspect of analysis methods,it mainly includes general inference method,constraint condition method,probability model method,combination theory method,etc.The main evaluation indicators include cash cycle,weighted cash cycle,and accounts receivable turnover period.However,the economic situation,industry conditions and the stage of enterprise development are constantly changing,and the management of corporate working capital needs to be continuously enriched and supplemented.As subsidies have deteriorated,China's new energy auto companies have entered a new stage of development.How do new energy auto companies survive and develop in fierce competition,and how companies improve their working capital management is a difficult and important point for enterprise development.This article takes Yutong Bus as an example to conduct a systematic and comprehensive study on the internal composition of working capital between 2013 and 2017 and the management of working capital based on channel theory.Then it analyzes the problems and reasons of Yutong Bus's working capital management,and finally proposes improvement suggestions for these problems and reasons:attach importance to corporate credit management,maintain good relations with suppliers to strengthen payables management;improve inventory quality and production efficiency,seek New channels in the domestic market and expansion of foreign markets,to achieve the purpose of strengthening inventory management and improving inventory turnover;making full use of the settlement method of receivables,improving the liquidity of accounts receivable,optimizing the management of receivables;raising funds through multiple channels,Moderately carry out medium and long-term financing,adopt a variety of financing methods to optimize the allocation of funds.Through the research on the problems and countermeasures of Yutong Bus's working capital management,this paper provides a direction for improving the management of Yutong Bus's working capital,which is beneficial to optimize the allocation of corporate funds,help enterprises improve the management of working capital,and promote better enterprises.Survival and development;on the other hand,it also provides reference for improving the management of working capital of other new energy auto companies.
