At present,a large number of researches have been carried out in the field of gait to support the data collection and application of rehabilitation device design.Crossing obstacles is an inevitable behavior in walking. At present, most researches are focused on crossing obstacles in the vertical direction, while few researches are focused on crossing obstacles in the horizontal direction. This paper focuses on crossing obstacles in the horizontal direction.Select the typical size of obstacles(horizontal barrier of 45 cm,55 cm and 65 cm),with 20 adult male as the research object, through the Vicon optical 3 d motion capture system,Pedar-x insole plantar pressure measurement system pair-empty,kinematics,dynamics,plantar pressure parameters acquisition and analysis of data, the characteristics of biomechanies of the lower extremities,The eonclusions are as follows:1.The obstacles of different sizes in the horizontal direction can be crossed mainly through the movement adjustment of the hip joint on the frontal plane. When walking without obstacles, following the hip joint of the left leg shows greater extension and abduction torque peak to provide greater extension and abduction angle,so as to ensure a larger stride size of the human body.At the end of the second double support phase, the leading right leg exhibited a high buckling moment and abduction moment at the hip joint to provide joint driving force for the left leg to complete the following span. When the smaller obstacle is crossed, the hip joint as a whole shows greater rotation angle, and the stride is reduced to achieve the crossing.2.According to the relevant parameters of plantar bottom, when the human body crosses obstacles, the left foot and the right foot are in a relatively unstable state at the end of standing phase. When crossing the 65CM obstacle, the plantar center track is more inclined to the outside of the foot and heel region. When crossing the 55CM obstacle, the pressure center track is closer to the straight path without obstacles.Crossing over obstacles has a greater impact on the metatarsal area and the inner arch area following the left leg sole, leading to the heel area across the leg.According to the above conclusions, this paper put forward some suggestions for the architectural design specification,on the basis of obstacle when the hip joint and ankle showed the significant changes of characteristic value, motivation for the obstacle-surmounting institutions components needed for the torsional angle and the joint torque to provide the related reference values, and evaluation standards for rehabilitation training and walking device plantar area as reference for relevant design suggestions...
