With the development of science and technology and the formation of digital society,electronic products have become an indispensable part of life.Especially wearable human health indicators detection instruments have developed very rapidly.People can easily understand their health status and make corresponding adjustments,so as to obtain a better life experience.As a widely used health index in clinical and rehabilitation fields,plantar pressure distribution has gradually become a focus of attention.This paper mainly introduces a portable wearable plantar pressure measurement system,which is based on STM32F103RCT6 microprocessor and Bluetooth wireless transmission module to realize data exchange between upper and lower computers.It also saves and processes data in combination with SQL server database.The system has low cost,low power consumption and high accuracy.The system has a good humancomputer interaction experience,and the wireless data transmission mode can satisfy the constraints of the time and place of measurement,and can provide a good data reference for orthopaedic aids design and gait analysis.The research and design of wearable sole pressure dynamic measurement system based on STM32F103RCT6 includes hardware circuit,pressure sensor selection,pressure insole design,power module design,multi-channel sole pressure signal sampling circuit based on eight-choice-one analog multiplexing switch and Bluetooth wireless transmission interface design;The software design includes the formulation of the upper and lower machine communication protocol,the multi-channel pressure signal sampling driver of the lower position machine,and the design of the upper computer data processing software based on the Visual Studio 2017 integrated development environment and the SQL server database.Finally,the experimental platform of the whole plantar pressure measurement system is built,and the related experiments are designed to test the performance of the system.Sensor calibration experiments show that piezoresistive pressure sensor has high measurement accuracy,the correlation coefficient of linear fitting is 0.99;dynamic and static plantar pressure measurement experiments show that the system has good measurement repeatability and measurement stability,and the measurement standard deviation does not exceed 0.19.The static foot pressure distribution of volunteers with different body masses is basically the same,and the dynamic plantar pressure distribution varies with the movement speed.Increase in increase;the comparison of dynamic and static plantar pressure distribution shows that the design of sole orthopedic insoles should refer to both dynamic and static plantar pressure distribution,so that patients can play an orthopedic role in the whole normal exercise process,and can provide certain data reference for fully customized plantar orthopedic insoles.
