From Houli to Beishui is the accident prone area of Zhaoqing section of Xijiang River.The daily cross-sectional flow of ships in this segment is more than 800.From 1975 to 2005,a total of 27 major accidents occurred,accounting for 15%of major accidents in the entire jurisdiction.There were 19 major accidents,accounting for 17%of the major accidents in the entire jurisdiction.This river section is mainly caused by collision accidents.It belongs to the dense fog area in the foggy season(January to April).The river is wide,there are fewer lights on both sides of the bank at night,there are fewer reference objects for ship navigation,and the site supervision is weak.Therefore,in this case,the implementation of the ship's alignment system has promoted the navigation safety of the Xijiang River to a certain extent,and alleviated the problems that affect the speed of the ship and reduce the navigation efficiency due to the increase in the intensity of traffic flow in the future.As soon as possible,the problem of the inconsistency between the development of Xijiang Shipping and the existing navigation rules,the creation of a safe and fast passage on the Xijiang water,the construction of a harmonious traffic environment,and the service of Zhaoqing's economic development have become an urgent need for the development of Xijiang shipping productivity in the future.On the basis of combing the theory of ship routing system at home and abroad and the research of evaluation and optimization,according to the principle of international traffic separation,this paper has formulated the design scheme of ship routing system in Houli Beishui waters.Based on the analysis of 10 factors that affect the evaluation of ship routing system,the evaluation system of ship routing system is established.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the evaluation of the ship's alignment system,the evaluation system of the ship's alignment system was established.Based on this,combined with expert discussions and questionnaires,the DEMATEL-ANP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method were used to construct the ship's alignment system plan.Evaluation model and evaluation of the two alignment schemes proposed in this paper.Finally,through analysis of evaluation results and expert opinions,the final evaluation score of Option 1 was 94.329,and the evaluation score of Option 2 was 89.345.Finally,Option 2 was selected as the routing scheme for Xijiang.At the same time,the research of this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current routing system scheme,and puts forward suggestions and prospects for further improving the feasibility of the ship routing system in the Xijiang River section.
