Research On Navigation Control System Of Ships In Controlled River Section Of Yangtze River Main Line

The characteristics of the narrow river surface and rapid water flow of the Yangtze River trunk control section have severely affected the navigation safety of ships.In order to ensure the navigation safety of ships on the Yangtze River trunk control section,the current navigation control command system needs to be further upgraded.At present,artificial observation and VHF communication methods are used to The way of knowing the ship's dynamics and making command decisions is difficult to meet the requirements of high-density traffic command.To this end,a new navigation command and control system must be constructed.The main purpose of the research in this article is to build a navigation command and control system that is in line with the actual situation of the Yangtze River control section,and to solve the problems of untimely information grasp and lack of sufficient data and information to support.Specific research results are:(1)This paper first analyzes the requirements of the navigation command and control system based on the status of shipping in the control section of the Yangtze River.Based on this,the architecture of the navigation command and control system is proposed.The signal revealing subsystem was designed in detail;(2)For the information acquisition subsystem,based on the characteristics of ship dynamic data of AIS and small radar,centralized control VHF and CCTV ship dynamic data,detailed comparison experiments of data collection methods were conducted,and reasonable and effective information collection methods were selected;for command and control decisions The system has detailedly designed the module of ship release direction command,ship release object selection,ship bundling emergency treatment and violation handling.For the control signal disclosure system,it has detailed design including high-frequency voice signal disclosure,signal flag signal disclosure and electronics.Channel map signal reveal module;(3)According to the detailed design of the information acquisition subsystem,command and control decision subsystem,and control signal disclosure subsystem,the development of functional modules such as real-time information collection,automatic/manual command automatic switching,and broadcasting was completed.This paper completes the construction of a new type of command and control system for the control section of the Yangtze River by starting from the research of three subsystems of information acquisition,command control,and control signal revealing,which solves the one-sidedness that only focused on command and control in the past.The application system developed in this paper has been put into trial operation in the control section of shrimp beam in the yudong section of banan waterway under the jurisdiction of Chongqing Navigation Bureau,and has achieved good application effect,which is conducive to ensuring the passage safety of vessels in the control section of the Yangtze river trunk line,as well as improving passage efficiency and transportation capacity.
