With the continuous improvement of economic and technological level,the effect of competition,such as product differentiation,price,quality and so on,is weakening.The phenomenon of product homogenization is becoming more and more serious.In order to remain invincible in the fierce competition,enhance competitiveness and ensure long-term and stable efficiency,more and more enterprises realize that strengthening after-sales service management is becoming more and more important.Customer service service is an important part of enterprise operation,efficient and standardized customer service service can not only solve the customer problems encountered in the use of products,improve customer satisfaction,but also can enhance the corporate image,so as to further improve the company's competitive advantage in the market;good customer service service in addition to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,but also for the the enterprise to win the trust of the market,to expand the enterprise product market share,and ultimately achieve good economic benefit.This paper,taking Z company as the research object,introduces the company's product characteristics and the existing after-sales service mode through different angles.Then,according to the development direction of the heavy equipment manufacturing industry under the new situation,the existing problems of the Z after sale service are analyzed.On this basis,according to the national industrial development and enterprise development,research on the company customer service service management mode,organization structure and customer service service process is improved,so as to further improve the service level of customer service,service and spare parts,timeliness and service effect.At the same time,we try to expand the scope of after-sales service business,make it more suitable for the transformation and development of enterprises and create the needs of manufacturing service industry,and at the same time,we can better assume the responsibility of service creation and become a new growth point of company development.
