| With the increasingly fierce market competition,a large number of completed projects nationwide are due to the early age,and the functions and hardware support can no longer meet the current operational needs.In this context,thousands of projects have been upgraded.This paper takes the quality management activities of the whole process of reconstruction project construction as the research object,and focuses on the quality management process and method of the transformation project.The article firstly reviews the basic theories such as quality management,total quality management and project quality management,and expounds the engineering overview and engineering characteristics of the transformation project.On this basis,the research methods and the organizational structure of the article are summarized.frame.Secondly,taking the quality management of the "Jinmao Plaza Phase Ⅰ" renovation project as an example,find out the quality management problems existing in the reconstruction project construction,and analyze the causes.Once again,in response to these problems,the project quality management method will be applied to the construction of the "Jinmao Plaza Phase Ⅰ" renovation project.Through quality planning,management quality and quality control,safeguard measures will be taken for the quality of the "Jinmao Plaza Phase Ⅰ" construction.Finally,the paper analyzes and summarizes the quality management experience of the“Jinmao Plaza Phase Ⅰ" renovation project,and combines the actual situation of China Jinmao to standardize the overall quality management process of ex-ante control,in-process control and post-event control,and provide effective project quality management for the renovation project.The problem solution provides reference for other types of transformation projects within the company.At the end of the article,the research content is summarized and forecasted,and the improvement and improvement of the quality management of the same type of project will continue in the future. |
