Feasibility Study On Project Construction Of Stamping Production Line Of HY Company

Feasibility study is an indispensible important work of the project in the investment decision-making process.This paper takes a specific project of stamping production line as the research subject and analysis the feasibility based on relative theories and methods.This paper first expounds the background significance of the topic selection and the current situation and application of feasibility study at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper focuses on the theoretical methods used in the paper.Thirdly,the necessity of project construction is put forward,and the macro-environment of the project is analyzed by using PEST analysis method.At the same time,the demand of the project is briefly analyzed.Fourthly,the technical feasibility of the project is analyzed,and the civil engineering,active,water supply and drainage design of the project are given,as well as the environment and safety of the project are analyzed,and the technical feasibility conclusion of the project is drawn.Fifth,the economic analysis of the project is carried out from the economic point of view.Finally,the conclusion that the project is feasible in economic benefits is drawn.The previous feasibility study report of HY company was very simple,there is no scientific,systematic,standardized feasibility study model.This paper hopes that through the study of this project,it can provide a certain theoretical basis for the project investors’investment decision-making,and provide a more scientific,comprehensive,standardized and systematic feasibility reference framework for the feasibility study of similar projects in the future.
