| With the development of automation technology, press automation technology hasbecome more and more widely used in various industries. However, press automationtechnology has just begun for most of domestic small enterprises. This stainless steelneedle of a company of a body punch in the pot to generate line, designed to develop alow-cost, highly flexible automated stamping line generated, thereby improvingproduction efficiency, reduce labor costs. In this paper, a low-cost, highly flexible andautomatic stamping production line has been designed in order to increase productivityand reduce labor cost for a stainless steel company.This paper firstly analyzed the current development and trends of automatic stampingtechniques. And then the overall structure of stamping production line has beendetermined with actual situation.In the automatic feeding system, the design of unstacking device, pneumaticmanipulators and centering device has been focused on. The components of unstackingdevice have been designed according to the function. In the design of pneumaticmanipulators, a common, easily installing and removable pneumatic manipulator has beendesigned according to the idea of modular design. The pneumatic manipulator has beendivided into four modules: support, promote, feed and grab, then designed respectively.In the hardware design of control system in the stamping production line, pneumaticcircuit system has been built. Siemens S7-200series PLC and its extensile modules hasbeen used as system controller. Through the analysis of requirement of control panel, theappropriate man-machine interface has been designed. The straightforward ladder figureshas been employed as programming language in order to complete the manual debugging,automatic operation and safety interlock.Finally, through the design and site commissioning, key technology of automatic potstamping production line has been analyzed. |
