In the field of automobile manufacturing,the running state of stamping production line would directly affect the production efficiency,product quality and workshop safety.In the actual production process,the working conditions of automobile stamping production line are frequently complex and the environment changes greatly,while the traditional monitoring methods of stamping production line mostly relies on manual inspection or single monitoring means.The system’s ability to resist environmental interference is weak,and the system relies too much on expert experience.Thus monitoring system is difficult and large-scale practical applications are limited,and it is not able to cope well with the monitoring needs in the production environment.According to the management needs of automobile stamping production line and aiming at the above issues,a condition monitoring system for automobile stamping production line is designed and implemented by using Internet of Things technology.What’s more,combining with the fault diagnosis method of feature dictionary,the reliable state monitoring and real-time fault diagnosis of automobile stamping production line are finally realized.The stamping line monitoring system designed by the thesis can optimize the production process,improve production efficiency and ensure production quality.The work of this thesis mainly includes the following contents.Aiming at the defects of the monitoring system in the automobile stamping production line,the reasons of high rejection rate,frequent failures and frequent accidents in the traditional production line is analyzed,and a state monitoring scheme for automobile stamping production line is proposed.The system solves the problems of low efficiency,fault omission,high scrap rate,and safety accidents caused by low applicability of the monitoring system in the automobile stamping production line.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the monitoring scheme are verified by the efficient monitoring and stable operation of the system in the actual production line.Aiming at the functions required for the state monitoring system of automobile stamping production line,the key points and causes of the fault in actual stamping production line is analyzed,modular hardware and software solutions is designed,corresponding hardware frameworks are built and corresponding condition monitoring functions are implemented.The system can be flexibly configured for different automotive stamping systems,and solve the problem that the traditional condition monitoring system cannot be widely applied to different production lines in practice.Through the actual production line verification,the condition monitoring system realized can be monitored by multiple points,which can be expanded and portable and has strong applicability.Aiming at the problem that the traditional automobile stamping production line fault diagnosis method relies on manual experience,the normal process of the actual stamping production line and the signal data characteristics of the fault process is studied,and a fault diagnosis method based on feature dictionaries is proposed.This method introduces the minimum redundant set of data feature,which solves the unrealistic theoretical hypothesis and slow classification problem in the traditional fault diagnosis method.Finally,the accuracy and real-time of the fault diagnosis method are proved by the production line test and operation.Finally,aiming at the specific experimental environment and actual production environment,the communication test,function test,performance efficiency test and trial run of the monitoring condition system of automobile stamping production line designed in this thesis are carried out.The system is put into use and stable for one year,which verified the reliability and stability of the system.
