Since the 13th Five-Year Plan,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and various local governments have promulgated a series of policies and guidance documents to promote the application of BIM technology in engineering construction projects.The introduction of BIM technology in PPP projects is to improve the management level and improvement of PPP project management companies.The inevitable trend of project benefits,it is necessary to evaluate the effect of BIM technology applied to PPP projects.BIM technology as an emerging information technology,BIM technology application capability is a mature process,but today's evaluation methods for BIM technology application capabilities only focus on the current application level,and do not pay attention to its future development.Therefore,from the perspective of PPP project company,under the assumption that the current BIM technology application strategy resources are unchanged,the learning effect is the only way to improve the application level of BIM technology,and predict the application capability of PPP project company in the future.And this ability result is used as the basis for adjusting the current BIM technology application strategy.Based on maturity theory and learning effect theory,this paper constructs a BMP technology application capability maturity evaluation model for PPP project companies considering learling effects.The main work is:through the analysis of the most widely used maturity evaluation model in the current BIM technology application evaluation,the overall framework of the evaluation model is determined,and the initial index collection,BIM technology application and learning effect in PPP projects are determined.The theory constructs the BIM technology application capability maturity evaluation index of PPP project company considering the learning effect;determines the grade division and specific description of the maturity evaluation model,and determines the evaluation criteria of each index based on the learning effect theory,and then applies the analytic hierarchy The method determines the weight of the index;by discussing the application curve of the learning curve model and the variables with the single factor of learning effect,a learning curve model with a single factor of learning effect based on the hyperbolic model is constructed.Indicator value of the effect individual indicator Future growth trends,and determine the optimal indicator value for each indicator at a certain point in the future;through the expert scoring method and the weighted summation method,obtain the optimal maturity level of the PPP project company at a certain point in the future.Finally,the actual case application proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the maturity evaluation model established in this paper.The B1M technology application capability maturity evaluation model constructed in this paper is based on past and future perspectives,enabling PPP project companies to find out insufficiency of strategies and timely improvement in time to ensure that the project company's BIM technology application capability level in PPP projects can be in the future.Achieve strategic planning goals.
