At present,the construction industry is developing towards green energy conservation,informationization.As the main way to promote its development,BIM has become an inevitable choice for the construction industry.The proportion of EPC projects in the construction industry is increasing year by year.But the construction industry practitioners still have many questions about the application of BIM in EPC projects;therefore,an evaluation system for BIM application maturity is urgently needed to indicate the BIM application level of the EPC project and the key points and difficulties of the next phase of BIM application,and to clarify the future development direction.From the perspective of the EPC general contractor,this paper first reviews the literature from three aspects:BIM theory,EPC project and maturity theory,the following is the theoretical support for analyzing the BIM application maturity model of the EPC project.Then based on the characteristics of BIM and EPC projects,based on the comprehensive analysis of the two fields of technology and project management involved in BIM application of the EPC project,the specific application points of BIM are analyzed according to the three stages of design,procurement and construction:Technical fields include BIM modeling software,BIM woric platform,information integration,electromechanical solution design,visual design,BIM simulation,collision check,design collaboration,energy analysis,procurement management information system,BIM procurement platform,tracking management,Site layout,node visualization,component prefabrication,project management areas include organization management,contract management,document management,information management,schedule management,communication management,quality management,cost management,etc..On this basis,the BIM application maturity evaluation model under EPC mode is constructed,which consists of three dimensions.The first dimension is the five levels of maturity,the second dimension is the evaluation factor indicator,and the third dimension is the three stages of the EPC project,and the BIM application maturity evaluation index system under the EPC mode;Then,a comprehensive evaluation model of BIM application maturity based on rough set-cloud model is established.The rough set theory is used to determine the index weight,and the cloud model is used to complete the comprehensive evaluation of BIM application maturity level in EPC mode.Finally,taking the application of BIM in a college student sports activity center project as an example,the maturity evaluation model is used to analyze and evaluate the maturity level of BIM application under EPC mode,and the maturity of the project is simulated and analyzed.The BIM application maturity is the integration level,and suggestions for improvement are given based on the result of this determination.In this paper,the evaluation of BIM application maturity in EPC mode can effectively improve the ability level of BIM application in EPC project,and it has a guiding role in the wide application of BIM in China and the development of informationization in China's construction industry.
