The Construction And Game Simulation Of South China Sea Route Trade Network Community

At present,the governance of the South China Sea(SCS)is facing many tests due to the great power game,in response to the initiative of building the "Marine Destiny Community",this paper uses the SCS route as a link,establishes a South China Sea Route Trade Network(SCSRTN)through economic and trade links,and builds the collective identity of the SCSRTN community based on the SCSRTN.It also studies the cooperative mechanism of the community.The proposal of this governance programme helps to demonstrate China's international responsibility and meet the international community's expectations of China's supply of global public goods.Firstly,this paper sorts out and analyzes the literatures concerning the SCS cooperation issue,trade networks,community and the causes of cooperative behaviors,and clarifies the construction of SCSRTN community based on SCSRTN.Secondly,the bilateral trade volume of export goods of 46 selected countries is binarized to construct SCSRTN,and the feasibility of constructing SCSRTN is analyzed.Thirdly,a more realistic three-dimensional game model,based on the two-dimensional game model,is constructed to describe the Prisoner's Dilemma faced by the community countries,and the expected return of the game strategy,chosen by the bounded rational decision maker,combined with the prospect theory,is considered.Then,on the basis of the expected return of game matrix,the utility function including the parameters of the pay-off matrix,the traditional economic variables and the psychological benefits generated by behavioral consistency demand is constructed.The traditional economic variables include economic and trade incentives,tariffs,and trade facilitation.Finally,the decision-making process of game participant's strategic choice in the SCSRTN,with the goal of revenue maximization,is simulated by computer.And based on the simulation results,six suggestions are proposed correspondingly as a theoretical reference for the construction of community cooperation mechanism.Therefore,under the collective identity of the Community,with the cooperation mechanism,based on consensus of interests,guide the state entities in the SCSRTN to build a new type of international cooperation,deepen economic and trade exchanges,jointly guarantee the freedom of navigation in the SCS,safeguard peace and stability in the SCS region,and promote common prosperity.
