In order to better provide navigation services,information services,and traffic organization services for ships during navigation,real-time supervision of ship dynamics in ports and inland waterways to reduce the occurrence of water traffic accidents,China has introduced foreign ship traffic management systems(Vessel Traffic Services,hereinafter referred to as VTS),which results in some problems of high cost and untimely maintenance,and it also brings hidden dangers to China's information security.Therefore,the research and development of localized VTS is imperative.This paper focuses on the research and implementation of VTS's key technology multi-source tracking target fusion system.The VTS system is integrated by multiple radar systems,AIS(Automatic Ship Identification System),Beidou and other sensor systems.The goal of the multi-source tracking target fusion system is to uniformly process the ship track data detected by various sensors and merge them into one integrated track data to the integrated display system and early warning system.This paper analyzes the characteristics of radar trajectory and AIS target,and describes the necessity of radar and AIS data fusion.Since data fusion must consider the temporality and spatiality of data,the multi-source tracking target fusion system first preprocesses data from multiple data sources,and uses Mercator projection to coordinate the track data,using Rag The Lange interpolation method performs time calibration on the track data,automatically adjusts the reference sampling time according to the change of the sampling period of the sensor to ensure the density of the sampling time;then performs track correlation on the preprocessed track data,and adopts multi-factor fuzzy synthesis.The track correlation algorithm determines the correlation between the two tracks.Finally,the weighted fusion processing algorithm is used to fuse the associated track information to form more accurate and reliable track data.In this paper,the multi-source tracking target fusion system is implemented by C++language,and the measured data is used for verification,and the effect is displayed on the electronic chart.
