Jilin Province is rich in hydropower resources in the mountainous areas in the east,and many small hydropower stations have been built.Among them,the diversion type hydropower station accounts for about 50%,forming a large-scale of the river dry up section.The river dry up section changes the hydrological connectivity of the river,affects the transfer of energy and the living conditions of animals and plants,and will seriously cause some aquatic plants and fish to disappear,destroying the original ecosystem.Carrying out research on the restoration technology of the river dry up section of the small hydropower station in the Changbai Mountains has important theoretical significance and practical value for the protection of the ecological environment in the Changbai Mountains.Based on the Jilin Province Science and Technology Department's development plan project "Research on Ecological Restoration Technology for the Dehydration Section of Changbai Mountain Small Hydropower Station"(20190303088SF),the distribution status of small hydropower stations in Jilin Province is completed using GIS software.The area of small hydropower stations is analyzed,and the terrain and water volume are analyzed.And the impact of the river dry up section of small hydropower stations upstream and downstream on the same area.Based on the theory and method of river ecological restoration,the technologies for river dry up section of small hydropower stations under different hydrological and geomorphic conditions are analyzed.In view of the geomorphological and environmental characteristics of typical diversion hydropower stations in the Changbai Mountains,the influencing factors of the river dry up section of small hydropower stations are proposed.Yuanbao Hydropower Station is located on the Wudaogou River in the Yalujiang River Basin of Changbai Mountain.This paper takes the river plane shape as the main influencing factor for restoration,applies river ecological restoration technology,and matches with the discharge of ecological flows.Starting from the reservoir water dispatch of the Yuanbao Hydropower Station,a rolling dam storage and ecological Two kinds of restoration schemes for spur dams were analyzed and compared,and a rolling dam storage and restoration scheme was adopted.This scheme was applied to the river dry up section restoration project of the Yuanbao Hydropower Station to improve the ecological environment of the river dry up section.
