In this paper, according to the basic theory of spatial structure of river water system, the establishment of a reduced river reaches located in Dadu River Hydropower Huangjinping river space structure matrix analyzed in different periods of reduced river reaches three hydraulic cross section of operating conditions, and the dam before and after reduced river reaches the hydraulic characteristics between ecology were studied.
