| In view of the development needs of integrated water conservancy and hydropower projects,this essay proposes a collaborative innovation idea of industrial cluster integrating high efficiency turbine and its control system,solar irrigation system and intelligent information management system of water conservancy and hydropower equipment.At the background of the project "Development and application of intelligent water conservancy and hydropower complete equipment",this paper develops the intelligent energy saving and environmental protection water conservancy and hydropower equipment,in order to promote the development and industrialization of intelligent water conservancy and hydropower complete equipment.The project integrates and coordinates four types of technologies,includes water conservancy and hydropower technology,solar pumping station technology,intelligent integrated pumping station and internet intelligent technology,which forms a relatively complete application system of agricultural comprehensive water conservancy and hydropower.The system has a comprehensive,advanced and practical application.It has great popularization and application value for water resources and hydropower development in the surrounding areas of Chengdu and even Sichuan province,aiming to build a modern agricultural water conservancy and hydropower industry cluster integrating high-tech,green and intelligent,and to promote the integration and modernization of water conservancy and hydropower with its information,realize the digitalization,networking and intelligence of collection,transmission,storage,management and service of water conservancy and hydropower information and improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization of water resources.The main research work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)The design and development of small and medium high efficiency turbine and its control system are carried out by using the method of theoretical design and numerical simulation.The old power station equipment is updated,the operation efficiency of the unit is improved,the water energy resources are fully utilized,energy saving and emission reduction are promoted.Meanwhile,as the highefficiency control system(excitation,speed regulation,unit protection,etc.)is adopted,and the unattended control mode is used,so the system can realize the functions of automatic start and stop,automatic adjustment and automatic monitoring,and the computer network can realize centralized management,centralized control and data recording of the power station.(2)An intelligent and removable integrated pump station is designed by adopting the integrated mode,full assembly structure design and monitoring system design.All parts are standardized and universal,and the whole structure is screw connection;and the assembly process is all done on the equipment site,with few and simple assembly materials and tools.This equipment has the advantages of remarkable energy saving,low noise,high reliability,fasy construction and high information level.(3)The integrated management platform of water conservancy and hydropower information based on cloud computing is established by using information technology,data intelligent collection,network data transmission,data analysis and management technology based on big data.Each terminal equipment transmits the operating data to the local monitoring equipment for summary through Zig Bee,and the monitoring equipment sends the local monitoring data to the regional monitoring center through GPRS.Finally,the regional monitoring center uploads the data to the system data server,and the application server performs intelligent monitoring and management of the whole system through data processing.(4)Through the development and application industry cluster of the intelligent water conservancy and hydropower complete equipment,on the one hand,it will integrate the technology research & design resources and carry out the key technology research and development,which will help to occupy the strategic highland in the field of intelligent water conservancy and hydropower equipment integration,on the other hand,it can promote the upgrading and replacement of downstream raw material enterprises,and promote the upstream industrial technology update and energy saving. |
