Transmission links the half-axis and engine as the core part in vehicle.During the vehicle running process,the transmission transfer and modify the torque and speed to ensure the power performance and fuel economy.Auto transmission as a main product in transmission market,and we can predict it will increase in the future.But still now the core technologies of auto transmission are from large Joint-stock Corporation and foreign company.But the domestic corporation had increased the design expense to improve their development ability and got some achievement.So,this literature is significant for the transmission industry.Based on a mainstream six speed automatic transmission which consisted with hydraulic torque converter,hydraulic actuator,electronic control mechanism and power transmission system are studied in this thesis.The emphasis are the stress and voltage characteristic curves of the TEHCM,the force balance and action principle of the valve body.According to the principle of gear transmission,we calculated that the speed ratio of 6 forward gears and R gears of the six speed automatic transmission is 4.584,2.964,1.912,1.446,1.0,0.746,2.94,respectivelyBased on the principle of the six speed automatic transmission and the testing ability of the existing equipment.A clutch state evaluation parameter model(Gain value),which is related to the smoothness of gearbox shift is designed.The Gain value represents the relationship between the oil pressure and the torque change in the clutch of the automatic transmission.The gear shift inside the automatic gearbox is formed through the TEHCM,which controls the oil pressure of the clutch and then controls the combination and release the clutch.Therefore,the combined state of the transmission clutch is closely related to the smoothness of gearbox shift.Through ATW company test equipment of the United States,the test curves of the 5 sets of clutch combined with the Gain value of the evaluation parameters are tested.From the generation of curves,it is shown that the selected equipment sensors can effectively support the test of the evaluation model.According to monitor value of the input torque,output torque,the TEHCM command pressure,the transmission speed ratio,the input speed and the output speed.analyzed all these auxiliary parameters.Calculate the evaluation model test curve and get the Gain values of C1234,CBR1,C35R,CB26 and C456 clutch respectively are 0.4973,0.288,0.2508,0.4773,0.2948.The results show that the evaluation model can assess the clutch combination status,and the monitoring process of clutch parameters can be formed through accumulative statistics of data,which proves that the evaluation model is credible.
