The hi-dynamic range and excellent imaging quality is gradually beoming the core feature in the CCD imaging field. By reason of fixed parameters, auto-full CCD camera is incapable of adjusting dynamic range, imaging quality, and even cannot achieve the demands of consumer. So both manual and half-auto CCD camera is developing very well and applied widely.By reaserching Airport Surveillance Video including the out-in and flying-landing of airport scheduled flight and the records of airport, we develop a manual and half-auto CCD camera, which can actualize higher dynamic range and imaging quality,even catch hold of much more abundant instant information.This thesis mainly discuss the designing project of improving imaging quality founding on the consumers’ demands.Furthermore the thesis discuss and research the manual-controlling technology and the auto-controlling technology in depth.Firstiy by summarizing the developing history of photo-electricity imaging camera, introducing the category of mainstream imaging chip, the thesis also discuss the electrocircuit designing technique about common camera presently. Secondly by comparing the advantages and defects, the thesis analys the reseason of why the different imaging camera is suit to the specifical field.In this project, the imager is ICX259 ALL, which is an interline transfer scanning plane arry CCD, also with variable-speed shutter, self-adjustable sub-voltage and reset-voltage ability. Based on these characteristics, ICX259 ALL not only can work well depend on the basic and simply electrocircuit, but also can improve the reliability of the imaging circuit system by dispensing with mech-shutter. Certainly, the thesis will expatiates the timming generator, timming control circuit and signal processor circuit.Using the PHILIP’s P89LPC931A11 as controller unit, it is used for reallizing the control of E-Shutter and Gain.Finally, this article introduces the test methods for manual/auto camera and the test result.
