Study On The Improvement Of The Management Of Wanrong's Purchasing

With the fast development of the world economy,the competition between enterprises has become more intense than ever before.In addition,the competition between industries,enterprises,and countries,especially the economy competition and the competition mode,has dramatically changed.With China's entrance to the WTO(World Trade Organization),the economy environment of each enterprise has become more complex.To survive in the intense competition,each enterprise need to raise its core competitive power more effectively.Creating the procurement management is the beginning of the production and business operation.It also serves as the essential condition of the production and business operation,as well as the integral part of the core competitive power.A good procur ement management is significant to the decrease of the enterprise operating cost and the increase of the enterprise operating benefit.This study conducted a deep analysis on the problem of the procurement management in the company of Wan Rong.Then,the author proposed effective measures for each problem.After that,this study referred to the advanced managerial experience at home and abroad,analyzed the procurement process inside Wan Rong,and explored the thought of the procurement management specific to the current management status of Wan Rong based on the scientific management method.The first part includes the research background and significance,the theory basis and literature review,and the research thought and method.In the second part,this study briefly introduced the current status of the procurement management in Wan Rong and analyzed the existing problems.This part includes the introduction of Wan Rong,the analysis of the procurement environment,the status of the procurement managemen t,and the existing problems of the procurement management.In the third part,this study designed a scheme of the procurement management of Wan Rong,which includes the general thought and,the procurement demand management,the collaborative inventory management,the procurement capital management,and the development and application of procurement management collaborative system.In the fourth part,this study proposed an implementation scheme about the procurement management of Wan Rong,which includes the implementation,the implementing guarantee,and the effectiveness evaluation of the procurement management scheme.principleAn effective procurement management is a sharp weapon of competition for enterprises in the new economy era.The Wan Rong co mpany strengthened the internal management,advanced the management level of procurement,and then enhanced the core competitive power.In this way,the Wan Rong company can always survive in future competition.The procurement management is a complex and systematic process.The optimization of the procurement is even more practical operation process and is based on scientific and reasonable guidelines.To constantly improve and refine the procurement management in Wan Rong,the employees in this company ne ed to make efforts collectively and continuously.
