Study On The Economic Hinterland Expansion Of Southwest Port Group Under The Background Of China-ASEAN Open Cooperation

Since the launch of the China-ASEAN free trade area in 2010,economic and trade exchanges between the two sides have been deepening and ASEAN has become China's third largest trading partner.Port group is in the southwest bridgehead of China-ASEAN relations,is also the important node of "area",which means that the southwest port group is facing the important historical opportunity,give full play to the geographical advantages,improve their port power is crucial,and port strength of ascension must to hinterland of economic development and the basis of the hinterland range expansion.Accordingly,southwest haven group economy hinterland expands appear more pressing.It is of great significance to explore the present economic hinterland scope and future expansion space of southwest port group for the future development layout and development planning of southwest port group..First,based on the existing literatures and summarized on the basis of empirical research,the basic concept of clear port hinterland,the common method to hinterland division system research learning,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each type of hinterland division method,and the feasibility of its application in port hinterland division reasonable evaluation,lay a theoretical basis for study of this article.Based on the full study of the southwest port cluster,the plume model was selected to define the economic hinterland of the southwest port cluster through the calculation of the port source strength of the southwest port cluster before the opening and cooperation between China and ASEAN(2009),the correlation degree with hinterland cities and the accessibility of transportation,and the analysis of the bottlenecks and problems in the hinterland expansion.Second,in the full study the China-ASEAN bilateral trade development since the opening up and cooperation,on the basis of the China-ASEAN open after the cooperation of port group of their own comprehensive strength,and southwest hinterland,and in the southwest of correlation between city traffic accessibility in three aspects,analysis of cooperation of China-ASEAN open port group of southwest hinterland development influence and the hinterland development,on the solution of the problems existing in the southwest of opening up and cooperation for the port hinterland development has a positive role in promoting.Third,the plume model was used to carry out an empirical study on the hinterland scope of southwest port group in 2017,and the results were compared with those in 2009,verifying that the opening-up and cooperation between China and ASEAN did have a positive impact on the hinterland development of southwest port group.Its main scope of the hinterland is no longer confined to Guangxi region,but extends to other provinces in southwest China,especially its advantage hinterland area increased by nearly 46%;On the impact of these areas is also increasing,in 2017 the average extent than roughly doubled in 2009.Finally,combining with the actual situation of the southwest port group,this paper gives reasonable Suggestions for the expansion of the economic hinterland of the southwest port group,including strengthening the strength of the port itself,the construction of the collection and distribution system,and the expansion of the southbound channel supply market,so as to promote the expansion of the economic hinterland of the southwest port group.
