Study On Building Strategies Of B&B From The Perspective Of Traditional Village Activation

Since the government launched a comprehensive survey of traditional villages,traditional villages have been well protected,but now,traditional villages are more in the state of static protection.There are difficulties in the lack of coordination between protection and activation,and the loss of vitality caused by population loss.On the other hand,with the joint promotion of policies,capital and consumer demand,the B&B has a vigorous development trend.Traditional villages with profound historical and cultural heritage have also become a platform for the development of the B&B.But there is still a problem that the modernized designing and "blow-out" growth status don't match with the activation of traditional villages.How can the B&B produce activation effects for traditional villages under the premise of protection?First of all,this article studies the coupling relationship between traditional village activation and B&B through relevant literature,and puts forward the core goal of traditional village activation.Secondly,a field survey of typical traditional villages and B&B in Lishui,Zhejiang Province found that there are three core problems of B&B at present under the perspective of traditional village activation:the first is the relative dislocation of the subject relationship;the second is the lack of local culture in the B&B.Third,the integration of the homestay industry is not highThen,through rooted learning and group discussion,taking the core goal of traditional village activation as the guide,combined with the current situation,the four key factors of B&B under the perspective of the traditional village activation are proposed:industrial integration,cultural integration,natural environment integration,and the villager's participation.Finally through collating and summarizing actual cases, the design strategies are proposed from the four aspects of considering industrial integration,local cultural integration natural environment integration,and villager integration.
