The Research On The Commercialization Renewal Design Methods Of Hangzhou Industrial Heritage Buildings

In recent years,the protective utilization of industrial heritage buildings in the urban area of Hangzhou has entered a new stage,and it has begun to develop in the direction of exploring larger scale,higher difficulty,more complex functions,and more lasting influence.The characteristics of strong publicity,openness and wide coverage of commercial buildings determine its inseparable connection with the urban social structure and social life.Commercial buildings have penetrated into every corner of the city,especially the modern city.Its existence defines the basic structure of urban physical form.And it has been one of the basic types of urban architecture.The commercial renewal of industrial heritage buildings under moderate conditions is one of the ideal choices to respect and protect the urban context,as well as to inspire and maintain the vitality of the city.The implantation of new urban life and urban functions puts forward higher requirements for the commercialization of industrial heritage buildings.In the face of such opportunities and challenges,the current and future urban development of the historic city of Hangzhou will need to be combined with its own regional characteristics to study systematic design methods for commercialization renewal of industrial heritage buildings.This is a passive and active choice for Hangzhou's urban development.The core content of this article mainly includes two parts:the research on the characteristics of Hangzhou industrial heritage buildings and the research on the methods of commercial renewal design.First of all,the existing main industrial heritage buildings in the urban area of Hangzhou are selected as research specimens,and they are placed in the urban background of Hangzhou,which has a distinctive regional feature,to be analyzed to study its current characteristics,driving factors for renewal and conditions for commercial renewal.On this basis,the status quo,types and existing problems of the commercialization cases of industrial heritage buildings in the current urban development process are summarized,as well as the new laws,methods and strategies of commercialization for the further discussion of the sustainable development of the overall protection and utilization of heritage buildings.
