With the development of economy,the government management departments and construction units began to advocate the information construction,and the requirements for the engineering project design and construction refinement were also constantly improved.High formwork engineering is an important part of modern bridge construction At present,there are more and more projects that need high form work design.This requires a high formwork safety calculation system that can meet the requirements of the standard calculation and can realize the BIM Technology Application.However,there is no high formwork safety calculation system of box girder in the market which integrates parametric design and virtual simulation.Based on the lack of this system,this study studies the application of BIM Technology in the box girder high formwork system,and develops a system that can meet the requirements of the parametric design and virtual simulation of the cast-in-place box girder high formwork with BIM Technology.The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)This paper introduces the current development of BIM Technology at home and abroad by reading relevant literature,and finds that foreign countries are ahead of domestic countries in policy making and software development,and the development of BIM Technology at home is mainly reflected in the process of construction application;(2)According to the characteristics of BIM Technology and the problems existing in the design and construction of high formwork,the possibility and advantages of applying BIM Technology to the design and construction of high formwork are clearly pointed out,and the problems such as the complexity of design process and the difficulty of understanding the design results can be effectively solved;(3)According to the requirements of high formwork design and construction,the parameterized design framework and process of high formwork are established,and the calculation system of high formwork is combed according to the relevant specifications,the family model of box girder and bowl scaffold is created,the construction process demonstration and collapse formwork are developed according to the construction sequence,and the parameterized design and virtual simulation system of high formwork of cast-in-place box girder are developed and constructed.(4)With the help of a practical engineering case,the system is verified and applied.It is verified that the system can basically meet the requirements of the parametric design of the high formwork of cast-in-place box girder,and the calculation results meet the technical requirements of the specification.It can also achieve the purpose of three-dimensional dynami c interactive display and construction dynamic de monstration of cast-in-place box girder.Through the research of BIM Technology participating in the application of high for mwork,this study provides a reference for the development of BIM Technology Application Software of cast-in-place box girder high formwork,points out the development direction for BIM calculation software of box girder hi gh formwork in the future,and promotes the further development of BIM Technology in the field of construction design.
