Building Information Modeling(BIM) is a digitized information model which integrating with various engineering-related information of the architectural engineering’s whole life cycle, established in the computer, based on three-dimensional digital technology,and is a direct application of digital technology in the building industry. Since 2003 BIM technology was introduced into our country, it has caused widespread concern in the industry, each specializing are actively exploring the specific applications of BIM technology in construction.High-formwork is an important part of various large-scale in-situ concrete structure engineering has been widely used in engineering. Traditional high-formwork engineering design method is based on CAD technology, due to the limitations of CAD technology, with the constant improvement of the construction scale and complexity, gradually exposed the disadvantages of design information does not have versatility, no association between interal design information and lack of intuitive.Transfer and management of project information is based on various types of project documents in the traditional design methods, the traditional document management method due to separate the link between the project each participating parties,is less intergrated project document management.High-formwork is the the research object of this paper, as a result of the traditional design method has drawbacks in engineering design and project document management when using it to design high-formwork.This paper introduces BIM technology and studies how to apply BIM technology in high-formwork engineering from the following three aspects:Research on high-formwork engineering design on the basis of BIM platform.This paper presents the development ideas, function module, operating mode and logical framework of high-formwork design software on the basis of Revit platform. Its function modules include:standardized component library, security calculation module, intelligent assistant decision-making module, automatic layout module and information exchange module.The following work for different functional modules:Fastener-style formwork support system and disk lock formwork support system standard component family library have been created in Revit;Designing a intelligent optimization algorithm which is suitable for the bracket arrangement scheme selection of disk lock formwork support system;Putting forward IFC-based extenstion framework for formwork engineering information model and using EXPRESS language to decescribe it.Research on high-formwork engineering integrated document management.Using Autodesk Revit API (Application Programming Interface) and C#.NET programming language developed an intergrated high-formwork document management plugin. The plugin can check in, delete, modify the document, and make the doucument and Revit model intergration, it sloves the difficulties of correspondence audits of high-formwork engineering.Research on application of high-formwork engineering case.Taking high-formwork engineering of Jiangsu Province Grand Theatre drama hall’s independent griders as an example background, procedural security calculation module, intelligent assistant decision making module and automatic layout module proposed in this paper.Using Miscrosoft Excel software secondary development technology developed an external plugin,realized the automation of safety checking and layout optimization.Using Autodesk Revit API and C#.NET programming language developed an automatic arrangement plugin,it can realize the parameterized automatically arranged scaffolding and formwork in Revit.
