Abstract/Summary:
Palms Together Dagoba in Famen temple is a key project in Shanxi Province. There are tremendous challenges which caused by held their palms together to form the building during construction and after construction of the safety design requirements can be met. This article summarizes the details at Domestic and foreign scholars' research on tall formwork support system and construction technology of climbing formwork and construction process simulation and so on. The article systematically introduce the architecture, structural design of the novelty of the project, and lists of the difficulties in the construction process and characteristics of the following aspects have been studied.(1)According to dome structure support system, designed using the fastener-style, the bowl-scaffold, the Andrew support system of the three sets of program, through a comparative study found that: the use of the fastener-style, the bowl-scaffold, the Andrew support system can meet all safety requirements; fastener-style formwork support is used widely and hired cheap. But the support erects slower and could not meet the requirements of the project period; the bowl-scaffold and the Andrew support system can meet the requirement of the project period. Given the Andrew introduced for the first time in Shaanxi province, the scene is more abundant resources, the project eventually identified as Andrew dome structure formwork support system.(2)According to the characteristics of 'inclined towers' and 'cantilever', there are two sets of climbing formwork construction plans. Program 1 used the overall hydraulic climbing formwork support which can not meet the requirements of the project period. It is a feasible option but not the best option. Program 2 used dependent on the structure of steel columns climb Construction Process antis tailored specifically for the project to ensure that the project has good economic and social benefits. (3)Simulation analysis of the project's construction process was carried out and on-site measured data were analyzed to draw: The Palms Together Dagoba structure of the construction process will not only have a vertical displacement, but also have a greater horizontal displacement, and vertical and horizontal displacement have very complicated changes; Construction of the structure on the basis of simulation analysis suggested that strengthening the partial structure and setting up the temporary connection truss between palm and its backside, which is at 79-84 meters high; Demolition Simulation analysis is used to analysis the temporary connection and description prepared to dismantle the program is feasible; It is proved that Using finite element software ANSYS simulation set up throughout the construction process of the calculation model is necessary and the corresponding measures which were taken are feasible and reasonable.
