At present,China’s aging has entered a period of rapid development, and gradually to the aging. In this process, due to the increasing number of elderly and elderly patients with diseases, the total demand of relevant institutions for social medical resources is constantly expanding. Therefore,it is necessary to create a compound institutional pension model that meets the requirements of the current medical resource system configuration,so as to meet the growing needs of the rehabilitation group. The concept of "medical maintenance integrated institutional pension" not only helps to improve the service quality of institutional pension, but also effectively promotes the rational allocation of urban medical resources, enriches the types of medical services, expands the scope of medical audience, and provides internal impetus for the development of the whole pension industry. In order to improve the construction standard of "integration of medical care and maintenance" for the elderly in institutions for the aged, this study takes the overall needs of the elderly transferred after operation as the breakthrough point, investigates the service needs of such people, and takes the adaptive design of the rehabilitation space of the building type of the nursing home as the research object, and uses the methods of questionnaire interview, field observation and in-depth interview to find the existence of the rehabilitation space Finally, through the actual case, the paper discusses the optimization mode of the elderly care space under the integration of medical care and maintenance, and uses the optimization of building space to realize the psychological, physiological and social needs of the sick and rehabilitated elderly Foot.In this study, firstly, the theoretical framework system of integration of medical and maintenance was constructed.Through the research and clarification of the physiological characteristics and nursing needs of the elderly, the negative impact of aging theory on the elderly was deeply studied, and the necessity of introducing spatial adaptability into the architectural design of nursing homes was proposed.Secondly, the relevant pension institutions suitable for this study were selected for implementation At the same time,we conducted a questionnaire survey on the elderly and nursing medical staff in the process of rehabilitation, and found the problems that need to be solved at present.Thirdly, through the adaptive optimization design deduction for different types of rehabilitation space, especially for the fine-tuning of space details,we established the strategy of improving the adaptability of rehabilitation space with the elderly as the main body of care, and proposed the hospital At the same time, the detailed design of functional places also creates a comfortable and warm humanized environment for the elderly. Finally, taking the Liaocheng medical center design project in Shandong Province as a practical case, this paper makes an empirical study on the optimization design strategy summarized Finally, through the process of theory application in practice, the reference thinking of the future medical and maintenance integration construction of pension institutions is discussed. The purpose of the research is to summarize the design mode and strategy of the current nursing home building, put forward new research ideas for the future development of the rehabilitation space of the elderly, make up for the lack of high-quality medical resources demand of the rehabilitation elderly in China, and put forward the main development direction and core problems of the future elderly care institutions, expecting to develop the pension building industrialization in China The theoretical reference basis is put forward.
