Research On The Application Of Economic Value Added(EVA) In The Value Evaluation Of TY Company

From the opening of the EMU in 2007 to the diversification of travel modes today,China's urbanization process continues to advance,and the development of the rail transportation industry has gradually matured.However,due to the collision of economic,cultural and technological exchanges between China and foreign countries,traditional profit evaluation indicators have been difficult to meet the needs of the company 's development at this stage.The company 's inefficient use of funds,irrational capital structure,and weak innovation awareness have been exposed.The problem of value evaluation has also become a trend of contemporary research.The question studied in this paper is whether the EVA value evaluation model can truly reflect the value of TY company and what are the driving factors of the value of TY company.Most of the current research on EVA lies in its relevance to the value of the company,or the use of EVA method for performance evaluation,and the use of EVA as a tool to measure corporate value is less research.In order to perfect the EVA value evaluation system,the application of enterprise value evaluation based on EVA should be studied in depth,including the confirmation and influence degree of value driving factors.This article uses case analysis method,using TY company data,according to the company's actual situation,to determine adjustments,and to determine and predict the EVA value of each year according to the EVA calculation formula;then through the EVA two-stage value evaluation model,quantify the value of TY company Evaluation;Finally,based on the EVA sensitivity analysis to determine the value driving factors and put forward the TY company value enhancement strategy.The research findings of this paper include:(1)the value of TY company still has potential for improvement;(2)EVA valuation model can be applied to the valuation of TY company;(3)TY company has investment value;(4)TY company can be based on EVA sensitivity analysis identifies key value drivers and proposes strategies.The research value of this article lies in the fact that the EVA value assessment method can be used to truly assess the operation status of TY company,and based on EVA can explore the value drivers and influence degree of TY company.It is expected to help TY company improve its management level and achieve steady growth Sustainable corporate goals.
