Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Acquisition Of TY Appliance Company By HE Company

With the development of science and technology,Economic globalization has deeply taken root in our heart,and the competition in the international market is becoming more and more fierce.In order to stand out in the fierce competition,multinational mergers and acquisitions have gradually become an inevitable trend of enterprise development.On the basis of previous studies,this paper studies the situation before and after the transnational merger and acquisition of TY appliance company by HE company,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the transnational merger,finds out its existing problems and proposes solutions.It can provide reference information for China's transnational M & A and achieve the purpose of promoting the efficiency of M & A.And improving our understanding of transnational mergers and acquisitions is of great significance to China's economic development.This article consists of seven parts.The first chapter is introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance of the paper,summarizes the research developments at home and abroad,and puts forward the research content,methods and innovative points.The second chapter is the concept and related theories of M&A.This paper introduces the concepts of M&A and transnational M&A,efficiency theory and information asymmetry theory,which provides a theoretical basis for this study.The third chapter introduces the case of HE company's acquisition of TY appliance company.This part mainly introduces some basic information of HE company and TY appliance company,briefly analyses the motivation and current situation of HE company's merger and acquisition of TY appliance company,and provides a case basis for subsequent analysis.The fourth chapter analyzes the situation of HE company and TY appliance company before and after mergers and acquisitions.This part separately analyses the market share,the change of financial indicators and the financial risks before and after the merger of HE and TY companies.The fifth chapter is about the problems of HE's acquisition of TY appliance company.In this part,the problems of information asymmetry,asset loss caused by exchange rate and interest rate risk and "soil and water incompatibility" caused by regional differences are analyzed in depth and in detail.The sixth chapter solves the problems of HE company's merger and acquisition of TY appliance company.This part puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems have found.The seventh chapter is conclusion and prospect.This part draws conclusions and prospects for the research results in this paper.
