Research On Old Community Renewal Of Xiangfang District In Harbin Based On Agrarian Urbanism

At present,with the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the living standard of residents is constantly improving,the old communities are facing a series of problems,such as material aging,structural and functional decline,etc.,and the current situation of functional insufficiency,environmental degradation,aging public facilities and low community vitality in the communities is in urgent need of improvement.At the same time,it is noted that in recent years,the phenomenon of community agricultural planting is widespread,the longing for rural life and the demand for green food make urban residents have a special affection for agronomic planting.Under the background,in order to solve the problem of the renewal of the old community,urban agriculture is considered to be integrated into the planning,design and management of the old community,a theoretical framework of the renewal of the old community based on agrarian urbanism is constructed,and the renewal strategy of the old community is explored from a new perspective.Firstly,the study sorted out the development process and theoretical research results of agrarian urbanism,community renewal and urban agriculture of community scale at home and abroad,and made a comparative analysis of urban agriculture practice cases of community scale at home and abroad,and summarized the experience for reference.In view of the old community of Xiangfang district in Harbin,field research was conducted to summarize the existing problems in the physical space,agricultural planting and community management in the community.Meanwhile,questionnaire survey was conducted to understand residents’ attitudes and views on the integration of urban agriculture into the old community.The above research lays a theoretical and practical foundation for the proposal of renewal strategy.Secondly,the study analyzes the support of relevant policies and regulations in China,the trend of urban sustainable development,the diversity of values of old communities,and the significant functional benefits of urban agriculture,and concludes that it is feasible to introduce urban agriculture into the renewal of old communities based on the results of field research and questionnaire survey.Finally,the renewal framework of the old community based on agarian urbanism is constructed under the application and analysis of the theory of agarian urbanism,the old community renewal strategy of unit space fusion,system space fusion,cycle technology fusion and multi-party mechanism fusion is proposed from the aspects of planning,design,technology and management in the use of "integration" renewal mode.Under the guidance of the strategy above,the boiler factory area in Harbin is taken as an example to carry out the spatial renewal planning of the community system,the second new district of Harbin boiler factory and Dongxing market is taken as an example to carry out the renewal design of the community unit environment improvement,the conception of the renewal of the community unit material circulation system is put forward,and the implementation suggestions of multi-party mechanism participation are given.Through the integration and cooperation of landscape architecture,urban planning,architecture,ecology and other disciplines,the study aims to explore the development mode of old community renewal combined with urban agriculture under the background of rapid urbanization,so as to realize the comprehensive renewal and environmental improvement of old communities and make it reintegrate into the modern urban environment.The self-orderly development of the community can be maintained through the improvement of physical space environment and infrastructure.Vigor and vitality of the community can be enhanced combining with urban agriculture to create a good outdoor activity space.Under the use of the theory of Agrarian Urbanism,the characteristics of the old community can be maintained and continued,it promotes its organic and sustainable development.It is expected to provide important theoretical guidance and practical reference for guiding the renewal of old communities,improving the living environment of urban residents and promoting the future development of old urban communities in China.
