The accelerated melting of Arctic sea ice brings opportunities for the development and utilization of Arctic routes,as the shortest route connecting Europe,Asia and North America, the opening of Arctic routes will provide a new maritime transport channel for the high latitude areas of the northern hemisphere, with great potential economic value. In the context of the opening of the Arctic route, the three active trade regions of Europe,Asia and North America will take it as a link to form an Arctic economic circle with close economic and trade ties around the Arctic region.Among them,as an important part of the global maritime transport network, ports are responsible for transit, supply and other functions in the process of international cargo transport according to different positioning, and the Arctic region will become a true sense of the international shipping hub center. After the opening of the Arctic route, the change of the port logistics network pattern of the Arctic economic circle countries will have an impact on the countries and enterprises, especially China,as a big trading country in the extension of the Arctic route, should be fully prepared. Therefore, the research on the evolution of port logistics network in Arctic economic circle countries has certain theoretical and practical significance. In order to objectively evaluate the development potential of ports in the Arctic economic circle and the future development direction of port logistics network, this paper takes port logistics network as the research object, and mainly carries out the following innovative research:(1)Based on the global container port throughput rankings, the ports of Arctic economic circle countries are divided,34 ports are selected as network nodes. At the.same time, the container traffic volume between ports is calculated based on the empirical data of trade volume and throughput between countries, which overcomes the problem of difficult access to the traffic volume between ports.Based on the logistics trade relationship between ports, this paper constructs a sub regional port logistics network of Arctic economic circle countries, summarizes the ports affected by the Arctic, and reflects the close trade relationship between ports in the Arctic economic circle to some extent, reflecting the important value of the Arctic route.(2)Starting from the influencing factors of the country where the port is located and the conditions of the port itself, the projection pursuit method is used to deeply dig out the significant characteristics of each index in the evaluation index system, and the quantitative analysis of the port potential in the port logistics network of the Arctic Economic Circle And sort the evaluation results to objectively and directly reflect the development potential of each port.(3)The port logistics network of the Arctic economic circle countries is regarded as a dichotomy network, and the boot loop seepage model based on the port logistics network of the Arctic economic circle countries is established.Using the model evolution rules, the port logistics network of the Arctic economic circle countries is simulated and evolved to obtain the initial subgraph and the final state subgraph in the state of the bipartite network, and the sensitivity of the model is analyzed based on the actual situation.According to the practical significance reflected,Propose China's countermeasures under the development trend of the port logistics network in the Arctic economic circle countries.By dividing the countries in the Arctic economic circle and combining the world container port throughput ranking, the representative ports of each country are selected. Then, the projection pursuit model is used to analyze and rank the potential of ports.According to the ranking results of the potential of the hub port and the bootstrap percolation model of the bipartite network in line with the structural characteristics of the Arctic economic circle, the port logistics network of the Arctic economic circle countries is simulated and evolved.By analyzing the sensitivity of the model,it can be found that the evolution result has a certain practical significance, which is of great significance for China to meet the changes of port logistics pattern after the opening of the Arctic route.
