Research On The Optimization Of TS Company’s Demand Forecast And Production Planning Management

With the natural growth of China’s population and the improvement of the aging of the population,the demand for medical drugs and medical devices will continue to increase.In recent years,China’s medical device industry has been developing and growing,and its overall independent innovation and comprehensive competitiveness have been constantly improving.It has occupied a very key component in the whole medical industry,and has become an indispensable and important growth force in the medical industry.As a medical device R & D and Production Company,facing the increasing competition and challenges of the external market,there are still big practical problems in the internal sales and production planning management system of the company.It is of great practical significance for the development of the company to optimize and improve the existing sales demand prediction and production planning system.This paper studies the current status of TS Company’s supply chain management,especially the demand forecasting and production planning process and its connection system.Based on the theory of constraints,the current status of the process of demand forecasting,production plan,and the problems and bottlenecks in the connection between the two are analyzed and researched to find out the underlying reasons that restrict the improvement and efficiency.Finally,according to the bottleneck factors identified and analyzed,an optimization plan and improvement measures are proposed,and a more detailed implementation plan is also given for the optimized plan.A scientific,efficient,and professional demand forecasting and production plan management system,realizing the simultaneous and dynamic coordination of sales,planning and production,can effectively improve the company’s supply chain competitive advantages in the domestic and foreign medical device markets and support the effective realization of the company’s future strategy business goals,and also best practice for sharing and reference to the related industry.
