The ability to control temperature in a modern industrial production process is one of the most basic and important process parameters.Controlling the combustion temperature of industrial boilers is a crucial factor for producing qualified products,and the temperature of combustion in industrial boilers is much higher than that of commonly used electronics.The working temperature of the device,and the production environment is poor,the interference to the measuring instrument is high.This paper designs a colorimetric thermometer based on the requirements for accurate temperature measurement of industrial boilers in this environment to achieve long-term stable and accurate temperature measurement of industrial boilers.The instrument has the characteristics of high precision,short response time and high sensitivity.This article first introduces first a variety of temperature measurement methods and principles,compares various temperature measurement methods to prove the unique advantages of colorimetric temperature measurement,and designs a hardware system based on the principle of colorimetric temperature measurement.The hardware system is further divided into an optical system and a circuit system.The optical system guides,focuses,and filters the thermal radiation,so that the electronic device can receive the thermal radiation of a specific wavelength in a safe area.The circuit system is mainly composed of photodiodes,amplifiers,AD converters,FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)and wireless communication modules.It converts optical signals into electrical signals and then enters the FPGA for calculation after amplification and sampling.The unlimited communication module is sent to the host computer.The main control chip of the circuit system is FPGA.FPGA needs to control two AD converters to sample two analog voltage signals to obtain a digital voltage signal,and then implement an IIR digital filter to filter the sampled two channels of data,and then perform the two channels of data Colorimetric temperature measurement calculates the temperature data of the object to be measured,temporarily stores the temperature data and waits for the upper computer to query,realizes the RS232 serial port communication protocol to receive the upper computer commands and send the temperature data of the machine to the wireless communication module.The upper computer and the lower computer use wireless communication modules to complete the communication,and design a wireless sensor network protocol to make the upper computer cyclically communicate with multiple lower computers.At the end of the article,the whole system is tested,and the actual measurement data is compared with the ideal calculation data to prove that the function of the colorimetric thermometer can be realized normally and the performance meets the technical indicators.
